This section of our website is home to a variety of resources of interest to persons interested in imaging science and technology. We will try to create a collection of resources that are useful and interesting to both novices and experts in their fields.
IS&T is working with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) to oversee the work of ISO Technical Committee 42 Photography (ISO/TC42), which is responsible for photography related standards. This area of the site provides information on the USTAG to TC42 and the Imaging Technology (IT) committees and Working Groups (WGs) associated with it.

During the course of the year, imaging.org offers more than 50 courses taught by imaging experts in field at its conferences. Course offering cover the broad scope of technologies that fall within the field of imaging science. Offerings range from basic color science to understanding the inside of JPEG files and from introductions of ink jet and electrophotographic printing to digital encryption and security.
